Dear Pharaoh #13 - Fail to plan, plan to fail: Your schedule for the next 10 years, You will fight me at 15 & the foundations to make you a man.
Who I was, is not who you will be, you will stand on the shoulders of giants and you will live on the foundations of me.
Dear Pharaoh,
I challenge you to a fight and I will not make it an easy one. We will train until your 15th birthday and in exactly one month from that day, we will fight, in the country of your choosing.
We will do this fight until you reach the age of 21. That’s 6 years and 6 fights, in which we will go full-on. For every year you will grow stronger, faster and wiser, I will inevitably grow, weaker and slower but I will remain developing my wisdom. I am therefore pacing you on a trajectory, a point of inception, that you will naturally become the Alpha. If by the age of 21 you have not beaten me in a fight, I will leave it for you to set the rules of engagement. This is not for the weak and your opinions up until this point will be taken into consideration but will be prioritised second to my own. Do you think this is a weird suggestion? I don’t care. For every fight you win, you will be gifted with access to an asset I have been building - Lord willing.
Your routine will mirror mine, so there will be no excuses but I do understand that there are schedules, within the academic curriculum that this country provides, that will need to be included, to keep the fluidity in this a fair one.
Currently, you are 4 years old. In September to come, you will start Reception. I opted to send you to a state school, instead of a public one - private school - because the culture in which I require you to learn is of an institution of spirituality, and not built upon social class and capitalism. By 15 you can enter this world if you are mentally strong and I will teach you how to become a well-rounded man.

This will be my schedule and structure for the next 10 years and for you, I will be intention on this one. For your actualisation solely rests on me. I wrote in Letter #12 - the chaotic one.
“Right now, you are ultimately at the stage of actualisation. I have provided you with every single stage of the hierarchy of needs for you to strive. This stage in your life is down to me to hold on to it consistently. As a child you are at what they call the ‘genius tier’ with your learning development your mind is a sponge and you soak up everything you look, touch, hear and feel.”

Yours and my schedule for the next 10 years:
Wake up: 5:30 am - Meditation / Yoga
Reading: 6:30- 7 am - You awake up
Get ready: 7 am
School run: 8 am - Breakfast club
Gym: up to 90mins of training.
Eat & Prep mind for work: 30mins (if not intermittent fasting)
Work/Creativity: 10am
Lunch: 12pm - Break fast/ Breakfast
Work/Creativity: 1pm
Break/rest: 3 pm
School run/Your training: 4/4:30 pm - Martial Art/Swimming/Rugby/ Tutoring
Eat + Free time/ Playtime/ Read until 7 pm.
Get you ready for bed: 7:30 pm - Bathtime
You asleep by 8:30 pm (latest) - Prep your school stuff for the next day.
Eat & Prep mind for work: 30mins
Work/Creativity: 9pm
Break/rest: 11pm -
Get ready for bed: 11:30/12 pm - Bathtime
Read & Sleep: 1 am
Repetition is the mother of learning, the father of action, which makes it the architect of accomplishment - Zig Ziglar. Remember this one, repetition is a key learning factor, it helps to transcend the skill from conscious thought to a subconscious instinctive one. Your body and mind will adapt to this habit and within its practice the foundation of high execution and good time management will be born. But I will be careful to make sure that change and adaptation happens so you won’t be anxious as time goes on.
This will be our schedule Monday to Friday. Some days you will have Martial arts/ sports or tutoring, to learn a language and/or sharping up on a subject you don’t fully understand. The term time schedule is fixed by institutional law but we will be more relaxed on weekends, only if you keep to a consistent standard.
I will not be hard on you, this routine will be fun and as you grow older, we will explore more and more landscapes - museums/galleries, city breaks and other cultures, I want you to see and know all that I couldn’t.
For when you turn 15 and are influenced by new environments and love interests, you will naturally ‘rebel’ from me. I calculate age 12 but our friendship should be strong enough to last, at least another 20%, so I will start your challenge at 15.
These are your foundations of becoming a man, the third point wraps around into points one and two:
Gym, sports & Martial arts = Hit things, push things, pull things - to build your Boldness and confidence in your abilities
School/Tutoring/education = observe things, break things, fix things, write things, read things - proving your social skills, self-awareness and communicate
Access to community, people & institutions of culture = love things and delay gratification - to understand the dedication, commitment and how to be at service to your - future - family.
And, the great thing about this all? You will then be tested by me! LOL.
Why am I doing this?
My leadership style is passive, I will provide you with the environment and you will naturally see what I do, and mirror - to a point. There will be moments in time I will have zero visibility over you, nor you’ll have visibility over me - for example, when you are in school - I can not, and in some cases will not protect you but I will provide you with the tools to succeed. I am currently researching the culture cycle and everything I need to understand about society and social pressures, to make sure you can be whoever you need to be. But your integrity and character until the age of 15 is my responsibility and duty.
These next 10 years is for you to practice delay gratification, hit goals/ milestones and to then have the free time to experiment and/or chill and relax with me. I will not force you to do anything that I would not do myself, so you can, in essence, gain confidence from me.

There is no way in this life that I am not going to teach you how to fight. You are not going to be like the boys I see that lose composure on the roads because they are trying to prove themselves, to people that deep down do not care for their wellbeing. If you are going to fight and prove yourself, you will fight and prove yourself to me and to whoever you train with under a martial arts school.
I need you to learn and become better than me, to battle and have no emotion because to battle is to understand war strategy.

This schedule will intensify with age and newer activities/sports brought in like Rugby, Muay Thai and Archery.
We will learn Mandarin together, also with BJJ and swim, and within our day to day life you will learn your business acumen from me.
I hope you read this in retrospect and enjoy the reminisce because at 21… Ima still kick your ass, son LOL.
I can’t way for you to become a man and out Alpha me in the physical and catch up in wisdom.
