Dear Pharaoh #10 - the wrath of women, power, Taoism and mastery in manipulation
Do not awaken the love of a woman without prior warning. It’s a battle you will lose.
Dear Pharaoh,
This one is a dangerous one. This one is not for the weak. This one is about the greatest opponent you will ever meet…
Life is about balance. I am heavy on balance. I go through phases, in which, I will read the Tao Te Ching. The Tao Te Ching is a fundamental text for both philosophical and religious Taoism - I have the word ‘Tao’ tattooed over my right knee. I am not religious but I was raised in a deep Christian household and both your grandparents attended church regularly. I am not talking about every Sunday, I am talking at least 4-5 times a week. There were all sorts of meetings and church activities that your uncles and I had to sit down and attend.
Prayer meetings
Young people meetings
Choir practice
Bible studies
And on Sunday, it was a WHOLE day thing. Waking up at like 7 am in the morning to be at church for 9, and we wouldn’t get home until like 11-12 pm some nights. The church was our family. I get it. The institutional and cultural elements of what Christianity provide is/was very instrumental to the principles of me. I assume so for my brothers but for another man, I will not and can not ever speak.
I am no longer Christian, my dad - your grandfather - always asks me “when are you going to come back to the church, you are baptised covered by God?” And, your grandmother always drop hints to me, like “Henley, when you were a little child God guided you to *insert story*”… I realised that at the age of 10-11 church wasn’t for me. I would question certain things and the pastor didn’t really have a layered enough answer for me. The ‘arguments’ I had regarding the bible didn’t make it easier for me to settle into the church community but both my mother and father had great relationships there, so I was given ‘grace’ to be that little boy, that sleeps at the back of the church, and who disagreed.
I sensed that people in the church didn’t really accept me, maybe this was because I was a nonconformist, and with the co-parenting environment I was in - my dad raised my mum’s sons, my brothers - there is a lot of things that I was left out of ‘unintentionally’.
Anyways… I am an Omnist. And one thing you will learn about me is that I don’t like ‘titles’ or ‘boxes’. I believe that once someone can ‘figure you out, they will figure you out - they will remove you from all the money! That was just a little play on words lol. But what they do tend to do, is, once they understand you, they will box you, and keep you in that box until they need your ‘value’. You will become uninteresting - to them - because they have already understood how to ‘handle’ you. And… I am not a man you can just ‘handle’. Break. Tame. I am not a horse to ride whenever one deems ready and you don’t really get too many opportunities with me.
An omnist is a person who does not claim any one religion, practice or belief, but finds truth in them all…
As you explore and read and seek you will find that all these religions have characters in them with similar stories. And all these stories are rooted in moral groundings, and what I take from these lessons, teachings and proverbs is about ‘the balance of the universe’ and how to be a nice person.
Your greatest opponent is, and, will forever be, women. And, if you are a man of ‘high value’ in society the challenge to capture you becomes a cunning and intelligent one. Women love the hunt - don't be fooled - and women hunt - oh, so - much better than any man. The female mind is geared towards ultimate strategy. I can tell you stories of women like Yaa Asantewaa or the Dahomey Amazon women - fearless women - that constantly outsmart men and claim victory. Or, the wrath of a woman that is so powerful that they have destroyed Kingdoms, Empires and Dynasties, - from the inside that took centuries to build but was destroyed - in days and weeks. The Egyptians like I said previously - in this post: Pharaoh, Why would you do that? - believed in matriarchy and the story of the beginning, begins, with feminine energy.
In Taoism, the balance or duality of the universe sits in Yin and Yang. There is a bit of Yin in Yang and a bit of Yang in Yin - I will explain this in another post. Tao is ‘the way of the universe’. Tao in itself is neither good nor bad nor chaos or peace, it just ‘is’ it just exists. It is everything and nothing but it contains everything that ‘is’. The Egyptians share a similar inception story. The universe emerged from a vast cosmic ocean of nothingness and a God named Atum drifted along the primordial waters. The primordial waters ‘just is’. The primordial waters translate to the name NUN or Nu, and NUN is considered the oldest of the ancient Egyptian Gods. Nun is the father of ‘Re’ - ‘Ra’ - or Re-Atum, the Sun God - The ‘Ra’ in your name Pharaoh is connected to this story. Nun represents the waters of ‘chaos’ and out of chaos, Ra - the Sun God - ‘creates’ peace. You can’t have ‘peace’ in this world without ‘chaos’. Chaos is chaos, it exists far before ‘order’ and ‘peace’ therefore ‘order’ and ‘peace’ is an Intentional ‘doing’ action and one has to have a plan to create this universe to succeed.
In Yin and Yang, there is a balance of what the masculine and feminine energy are meant to be.
Yin is the feminine energy and Yang is the masculine energy. It’s funny because all the masculine traits are rooted as ‘secondary’ to what the feminine energy ‘creates’. Women are the ‘creators’, therefore, the primordial waters, and by - ancient Egyptian - logic ‘CHAOS’. You can not have ‘day’ without ‘night’ first, you can not have love without hate, you can not have hot without cold and these things are just reality.
In a previous post, I talk about what a man has to do to BE a man - read the post here: understanding the dynamics of humans and how to become a MAN. - and all it is really is to be the ‘creator of peace’, order and lead.
Now, you will meet women that are chaotic, they will appear beautiful to you, in some cases, you will fall victim to your ‘manly’ needs and spiral in the feminine energy but this is a part of the journey - get it out of your system by any means. Many men will tell you tales of indulgence and what they felt victim to. The ego and pride will drown a man if they stay in that sea. Women live a more restrictive life, they are the prize, so by default, they are bound by social structures and bred differently. They are expected to do all these things and not gifted the same grace that boys are. Women mature much faster than men because they are all taught - in the new world - to be doers. Girls are valued more than boys and because of this, the standards they are held to are far richer and rigid. They can not do ‘this’ or ‘that’ or ‘go here’ or ‘there’ and ‘be this’, so in order to get her way, she has to strategise to ‘create’ space - just to explore and be who she wants to be. From a tender young age women, unbeknownst to them, are taught to manipulate - I talk about women manipulation here: Alpha brain state, social manipulation, average women and Godly beasts. But there are levels to this shit my son.
Some women leverage their beauty and/or sexual aura, or they leverage the ‘timidness’ of being a ‘woman’ and ‘helpless’ to get what they want… They choose their weapon of choice wisely and men are fools and die in battle every time. A weak man is a man with a weak mind, and with all the excuses that parents (mothers) make for their boys growing up, they haven’t learnt to take real accountability for their mental state to exercise a strong mind. This means that women have sharpened their swords and claws from a very young age, and unfortunately, with the brute force of disgusting men - lesser than dirt men - have abused and forced themselves upon them. The extent of what abuse that has been inflicted on women is on a spectrum, and to be honest I don’t wish to explore this because it hurts my soul.
I will try in my every power that you don’t become an insecure man that can not take rejection, who objectifies women, or believes you own them and do stupid fucking things. And, if I ever did hear of you to do that, you will never have grace with me again. I will put a blade to your throat and cut ties with you there and then. I will disown you. This is no joke. I will. I promise. On God and all the heavens.
Anyways, I was getting angry at the thought…
Now… there are some women that are so used to getting their way that it is now normal to them… There is an entitlement, arrogance and ego that would allow the emotions to get the better of them. Now emotions are raw and uncut power. In terms of its range, it is limitless and as I said before, women have used their rage to destroy kingdoms.
“Heav'n has no rage, like love to hatred turn'd,
Nor hell a fury, like a woman scorn'd.” - ‘The mourning bride by William Congreve.
If you break a woman’s heart that she has given to you, an uncontrolled her will set to seek revenge. If you have made a fool out of her, she will make sure of it to see your end… This is only if she seeks you, she saw that you were the man that she has chosen to devote to. If you reject her love, she will break you. Chose your opponent well because some women - due to what life has thrown at them - lack moral grounding - and then when you throw in the creation of narcissism - you will encounter a beast of all beasts that see it that they will win.
Secretly, I love encountering beasts and monsters, witches and demons. I learnt how to battle better, think smarter, become stronger but one day, one of these women will make you weak. She would have picked you and won, and you will happily concede. She was the greater opponent to make you bleed. Now for me, that was your mother. She had this way about her, from the moment I met her, she had this form of control over me. I couldn’t see life without her. She looked at me, with beautiful eyes like yours and she pulled strings and cast a spell on me. And anyone at that time could tell you that, in that environment- the place of work - literally all the women spoke about me. I don’t know why though, and to be fair I still don’t know why women like me, and I guess that’s a part of why I don’t sit in vanity…? At core, I don’t believe I am better than anyone or that anyone is better than me, it’s just that they do what they do and I appreciate the skill and dedication they display. And, I guess in that way I am constantly shocked as to why any woman would want and/or chose me - for me - but in terms of the basics of what a man ‘should’ be, I can understand it from a third party lens.
By the way, women don’t like it when they know that you know that your handsome, it’s a fighting style that they don’t know how to battle against - even though for 95% of women their bodies and beauty is their main weapon.
Learn to fight these battles on different terrains, if she is used to the land, get her to the air, she will be reinvigorated by the challenge - and women love challenges. But for the RIGHT one, know when to exercise ‘passive’ dominance… Women are the greatest opponents, deeply observe them. Do not trouble them or unlock their potential, if you are not prepared to ignite and be with them… For the most cowardly and foolish thing, a man can do, is awaken the power of love in a woman and not return the love back to them. But, also remember do not concede to sheer entitlement, just because she wants you or thinks she’s in love with you, this does not automatically mean she deserves you - you two have to both chose each other.
“The biggest coward of a man is to awaken the love of a woman without the intention of loving her.” - Bob Marley.
Good luck my son, this path is one I can not and will not help you on. It’s wild. It’s dangerous. But, you will also have fun, and one day, like me, I hope you lose to a woman that is a worthy one. And have a child, as beautiful as you were gifted to me, and settle in your kingdom… Because remember… Behind every powerful man, there is an even MORE powerful woman.
Love dad x
